Book II: The Rats and the Ruling Sea Named Second Best Fantasy of 2009 by Fantasy Book Critic

I'm delighted to announce that Fantasy Book Critic ranked The Rats and the Ruling Sea as their second-favorite fantasy novel of 2009, out of a whopping 280 books read and considered. You can see the complete list of books here (Stephen Deas' excellent The Adamantine Palace is also in the top ten).

Also check out the site's review of The Rats and the Ruling Sea.

The Rats and the Ruling Sea
will appear in the United States on February 16, published by Del Rey. The title will be shortened to The Ruling Sea.

Fantasy Book Critic is a well known blog and I think your book deserve the rank.

I tried to create my 2009 top reads list and the result was a Crystal Orb!. That means one book at the top - BONESHAKER by Sherie Priest - and a bag with 19 books beneath. I could not decide which book to rank second, third and so on because I loved them all. So they are all on second rank for me.
And The Red Wolf Conspiracy and The Rats and the Ruling Sea are two of these books!!

Anyway I highly recommend to read
The Red Wolf Conspiracy and The Rats and the Ruling Sea!
